You’ll receive details about the business and job description for your match. You decide if it feels right for you before we share your full details with the employer.
9. Will businesses see my full CV?
First, businesses see key details about you and why we think you’re a good match. If you’re interested in the role, you can then share your full CV with them.
10. How do I communicate with businesses once I’ve been matched?
If you want to proceed with a match, we’ll share your contact details with the business – and theirs with you – so you can connect directly via email.
11. Will I receive job offers directly?
Once you confirm you’d like to proceed with a match, we’ll connect you with the business so they can move forward with their recruitment process.
12. How do I know if my CV is fully optimised for matching?
We’ll optimise your CV before it goes through the Experienced Matching Process to give you the best chance of success.
13. Can I highlight specific industries or areas of expertise on my CV?
Yes. You can keep a CV version that best showcases your skills and experience, and share it with the business once you’re matched.
14. How long does it take to be matched with a job?
Once you’ve completed your profile, you could start receiving handpicked matches within days. As we’re a new and innovative service, we don’t have exact timelines yet, but the more the system learns about your preferences, the better your matches will become. We’ll continually assess you against new opportunities at no cost to you – just let us know if you’re no longer job hunting so we can pause your matching.
