We don’t charge placement or hiring fees. Instead, we act as an extra resource, giving you access to an untapped talent pool that can help your business grow.
2. What is the pricing model for businesses?
You can upload job roles for free. Your first five matches – including the candidate’s contact details – are free of charge. After that, you can continue receiving matches by subscribing for £99 per month.
Keeping your subscription active ensures your roles remain matched as new candidates register, allowing you to build a strong talent pipeline and stay ahead in your recruitment planning.
3. Are there any ongoing fees once I hire a professional?
No. If a job role is inactive, there are no ongoing fees payable – and there are never any hiring fees or commissions.
4. Do you charge a fee if I hire a match?
No. You can match with up to five professionals for free. After that, we recommend upgrading to our Business plan (£99 per month) to keep receiving matches. This is a fraction of traditional recruitment fees and designed to be small and medium business friendly.
5. How many job roles can be active at one time?
You can have up to 10 active roles at once. If you need more, please contact us to discuss options.
6. Is this platform suitable for agency recruiters?
Not currently. We use a sophisticated matching algorithm to connect professionals and companies based on skills and culture fit, which requires companies to create their own accounts. We may offer solutions for recruiters in the future.
