1. How do I create an account to find experienced professionals?
You can create an account on our website. Simply click on our company registration link and complete the short sign-up process.
2. Is it free to sign up?
Yes. Creating an account and posting roles is free and takes just a few minutes.
3. What types of professionals can I find on Experienced?
Our network includes highly experienced professionals, often with 20–30 years in fields such as finance, operations, marketing, sales and HR. The range of capabilities on offer will expand as we grow.
4. Can I hire professionals for part-time, contract or freelance work?
Yes. Specify your preferred working arrangement in the job description.
5. How do I post a job or project?
It’s easy. Once registered, you can upload a job description and enter your requirements. We’ll guide you through supplemental questions to help optimise matching.
6. Can I modify or update a job listing after it’s posted?
Yes. You can edit and resubmit a job description at any time.
7. Can I filter professionals by industry or specific skills before I receive matches?
We do the filtering for you, based on your job description. If certain skills or industry experience are essential, make sure they’re clearly stated there.
8. How do you match professionals to my job specifications?
Our Experienced Matching Process looks at skills, experience, qualifications, location etc. Plus, for those professionals who opt in to our psychometric analysis, you’ll also receive matches with a workplace and cultural fit.
9. How long does it take to match me with suitable professionals?
As a new and innovative service, we don’t have fixed timelines yet. Once you post a role, we continually assess it against all registered professionals. You can also post in advance to build a strong talent pipeline – there for when you need to act.
10. How do I know if the professionals on Experienced are actively seeking work?
All professionals register with us because they’re actively looking for new opportunities. We also check in regularly to confirm their status.
11. How do you ensure professionals have the necessary experience for my role?
We only match professionals who meet the experience criteria outlined in your job description.
12. How do I know the professionals I’m matched with are genuinely interested and a good fit for the role?
We ask professionals to share their preferred working arrangements and career goals during registration. We then match them only with roles that align with these preferences. Once matched, they receive full role details and confirm their interest before you’re connected.
13. Is there a way to contact professionals who haven’t been matched yet but may be a good fit?
Our Experienced Matching Process will identify and surface professionals who meet your requirements and are a good match.
14. Are there any reviews or ratings of professionals available?
Not currently. This may be something we explore in the future, particularly for temporary or project-based roles.
15. What is the process for reviewing the CVs of matched professionals?
When we match your job vacancy, we’ll share the key points that make each professional a strong fit. If there are several candidates, we’ll rank them and explain why. At the same time, professionals will be notified and asked if they’d like to proceed. If they agree, you’ll receive their full CV and contact details for review.
16. How can I see a professional’s qualifications and experience before proceeding?
Once you are matched and the professional expresses interest in your role, you’ll receive a detailed summary and can choose whether to proceed to an introduction.
17. How do I communicate with a professional once I’ve been matched?
When we match you with a professional, we’ll share why we think they’re a great fit. The professional will also receive information about you and the role. If they agree to proceed, we’ll provide you both with each other’s contact details so you can connect directly.
18. How do I communicate with potential matches?
You’ll receive match notifications by email and can reply directly from your inbox to express interest or decline a match.
19. What happens if I’m not satisfied with a potential match?
If a match isn’t the right fit, simply click the relevant response at the bottom of your match email. You’ll be able to provide quick feedback so we can refine future matches.
20. Can I request specific background checks or certifications from professionals?
We don’t carry out background checks, but you can request and conduct them as part of your recruitment process.
21. How do I track the professionals I’ve been matched with?
For now, you can track matches through your existing recruitment process. We plan to introduce a company dashboard in the future.
22. How secure is my company’s data?
We take privacy and security very seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL) and encrypted at rest (AES-256). You can read our full privacy policy for details.
